GEORGIna MILLETT
Georgina has over 15 years experience as a Prime Central London lettings agent, focusing on Knightsbridge, Chelsea, South Kensington and Belgravia, previously holding the position of Partner at Knight Frank in Knightsbridge, where she ran the lettings team in Knight Frank’s most successful London office.
Georgina has worked with individual clients and let a number of apartments in the world renowned development, One Hyde Park, as well as working with portfolio Landlords including The Cadogan Estate and Martin’s Properties.
She joined Alexander Millett in the summer of 2022 to look after all of the lettings clients for the firm, bringing with her her extensive experience in this area of the industry.
MATTHEW MILLETT
Matthew looks after project and property management for the firm. Initially working in Client Services for Liontrust, a boutique specialist fund management company, Matthew made the move to property fund management, working for Savills Investment Management (then Cordea Savills) in client services, before going on to become the company’s performance analyst.
In 2010 the opportunity arose for him to set up his own firm, managing property portfolios for a select number of private clients, during which time Matthew focused on all elements of this demanding part of the industry. Properties under management range in value from £500,000 to £17,000,000 and Matthew is on call at all times should anything require his attention.
When Alexander founded Alexander Millett, Matthew joined as a consultant to oversee project and property management for the firm’s clients.
